This 5 week course is for those members who have participated in the Introduction to Mindfulness sessions and are interested in continuing to develop the method of mindfulness meditation.

The Europeans II
This course follows on from “The Europeans” given by the same presenter in 2017. “The Europeans II” is for people who would enjoy following, at a safe distance, the contemporary historical thriller now playing out in Europe.

Healthy & Wise Program
This program has been booked for 8 weeks during Term 3. This program has been developed for 16 participants. The program is available for men and women over the age of 55 who want to improve their health, well-being and satisfaction with life.
